Privacy Policy

Invincible Kids ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book a call with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email rahima@invinciblekids.ca.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, and mobile number.
  • The answers you give in the booking form (your child's age range, what they're dealing with, and how soon you're looking for support).
  • Basic technical details that help us understand which ad or link brought you here.

Why we collect it

We use your information to book and prepare for your call, to follow up about that booking, and, if you agree, to send you helpful resources. We do not sell your information.

Your consent to be contacted

We only text and email you about your booking and our resources if you checked the consent box when you booked. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us. We record the date and time you gave consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our bookings and messaging (our scheduling and CRM platform) and to measure which ads lead to bookings (advertising platforms such as Meta). These providers only process your information to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing rahima@invinciblekids.ca.
