Topics We Explore in Our Workshops
Our workshops are designed to meet students at their current stage of development, providing support in ways that feel relevant, engaging, and easy to understand. Each topic is grounded in child psychology and emotional learning, with a focus on helping students apply what they learn to real situations. We use interactive activities, storytelling, group reflection, and creative tools to make every session hands-on and impactful. Whether we are helping students manage stress, express themselves, or build stronger relationships, our goal is to give them the tools they need to feel confident, capable, and connected in everyday life. These sessions are welcoming, age-appropriate, and built to create meaningful change in the classroom and beyond.
How Our Workshops Run
Bringing Invincible Kids workshops into your school is a straightforward and collaborative process. Whether you’re planning a one-time session or a multi-week series, we tailor every step to match your school’s goals, schedule, and student needs. Below is a clear breakdown of how we work with you to create an experience that is impactful, organized, and easy to implement.
CHOOSE YOUR FORMAT
Our workshops are available both in person and online, depending on what works best for your school. You can book a single session for a special event or theme week, or choose a series that builds skills over time. While one-time workshops offer powerful takeaways, a multi-session format allows for deeper learning, more practice, and stronger long-term impact. We’ll help you choose the structure that fits your school’s goals and capacity.
SET THE SCHEDULE
We work with you to plan the timing of each session based on your daily routines, bell schedules, and student attention spans. Sessions typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with options to run half-day or full-day experiences that include built-in breaks and transitions. Younger students often benefit from shorter, more energetic sessions, while older students are able to engage in longer blocks with meaningful conversation and reflection. We are flexible and will adapt to your school’s rhythm.
ORGANIZE GROUP SIZES
Our workshops are most impactful in small to medium-sized groups where students feel safe to participate and share. However, we also offer formats for larger groups, such as grade-wide workshops or school-wide assemblies, depending on age and setting. For smaller schools, we can rotate between classrooms or combine classes if needed. We’ll work with you to determine the best groupings for your space, goals, and student age ranges.
PREPARE BASIC MATERIALS
We aim to keep materials simple and accessible. Most workshops only require classroom basics such as paper, markers, and scissors. If you have a smartboard, projector, or whiteboard, we’ll make use of those as well. You won’t need to source anything outside of what most classrooms already have. Ahead of your session, we’ll send a clear materials list specific to the topics you’ve chosen, so teachers can be fully prepared with minimal effort.
PERSONALIZE THE TOPICS
Before your workshop begins, we’ll connect with you to learn about your students and the outcomes you’re hoping to support. You can choose from our core topics—like emotional regulation, confidence, communication, or thought patterns—or we can recommend a combination that matches what your students need most. Every session is adapted to suit the grade level, learning environment, and specific concerns or goals of your school community.
RUN THE SESSION
On workshop day, we lead the entire session so your staff can observe, support, or participate as they wish. Each workshop is structured around a mix of storytelling, creative activities, group discussions, and reflective exercises that keep students engaged from start to finish. Our facilitators create a warm, inclusive environment where students feel respected, seen, and encouraged to explore important emotional and social topics. After the session, we’re happy to share follow-up suggestions or classroom extension ideas if requested.
